Hike is seeking a hands-on Brand Manager to shape the voice, image, and emotional connection of our Web3 gaming brand. You will be a core builder, executing campaigns, writing copy, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints to grow our presence globally.

What You'll Do

Help define and evolve Hike’s tone of voice & visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Support campaign production across social, digital, partnerships, and events.
Write and edit brand copy across social, ads, campaigns, web, and community channels.
Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors & creators, owning rollout end-to-end.
Work with growth & community teams to create content that converts but feels on-culture.
Spot opportunities to insert Hike into conversations around youth, gaming & internet culture.
Build brand playbooks, templates & asset libraries to scale consistency and speed.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative strategy.
Proven track record of building or growing a consumer brand (Web2 essential).
Strong storytelling & copywriting skills, able to connect brand narratives to cultural moments.
Experience leading creative development (briefing, production, rollout) across formats (social, video, digital, partnerships, events).
Hands-on ability to write sharp copy across ads, campaigns, and social.
Experience working closely with designers, creators, and growth teams to ship end-to-end campaigns.
Cultural fluency—pulse on global youth, gaming & internet culture.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where brand = growth.
Builder’s mindset—scrappy, collaborative, and excited to create from zero.
