Brainbox Automations is hiring a Contract CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to build complete, reliable automation systems for ongoing business projects. You will take ownership of real client projects from strategy through deployment, delivering systems that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement complete sales and marketing pipelines in platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar.
• Build lead generation funnels, landing pages, forms, and lead capture flows with proper tagging and segmentation.
• Set up email sequences, SMS campaigns, drip nurtures, and multi-channel follow-up flows.
• Build automation flows using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier to integrate CRMs, payment systems, calendars, and third-party tools.
• Implement lead scoring, pipeline analytics, and reporting dashboards for clients.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve live automations to ensure reliability and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Production-ready experience building and maintaining CRM and automation systems for real businesses.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel (preferred), HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of CRM pipelines, workflows, triggers, custom fields, and campaign builders.
• Strong experience with automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Ability to build complex multi-step workflows with error handling, conditional logic, and data transformations.
• Experience connecting APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with funnel building, email marketing, SMS campaign setup, lead scoring, and segmentation.
• Understanding of conversion optimization basics.
• Experience with integrations for calendar booking, payment platforms, communication tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into automation logic.
• Comfortable documenting workflows and explaining systems to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for building reliable automations.

Nice to Have

• AI chatbot or voice agent integration experience (VAPI, GHL bot, Tidio).
• Basic Python or JavaScript for custom webhook handling.
• Reporting and dashboard building skills.
• Facebook/Google Ads integration and lead attribution experience.
