Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid Remote (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. You will lead a team of behavior technicians and collaborate within our transdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
What You'll Do
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
- Exercise full autonomy over when and where you supervise your cases.
- Focus on clinical care while a dedicated support team handles administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification.

- Compensation: $91,328 - $114,201
