BioMarin Pharmaceutical is looking for an Associate Territory Manager to support and execute business goals in Poland. This remote role is key to advancing our mission of translating bold science into new medicines for rare diseases. You will ensure effective goal accomplishment while representing BioMarin professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement integrated account plans for key customers aligned with the Business Plan.
  • Provide professional representation at medical meetings and conferences.
  • Become an expert in clinical data and company messages, verbalizing their significance to others.
  • Achieve sales, penetration, and patient objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Contribute to defining strategy, goals, forecast, and budget for the countries.
  • Collaborate on defining and implementing strategies to maximize goals for the country.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all key customers and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Central Functions as appropriate.
  • Report any adverse event or safety information associated with a BioMarin product per company standards.
  • Distribute and educate Healthcare Professionals on educational materials, documenting distribution and receipt.

What We're Looking For

  • Pharmacist, MD, or BS/BA degree in life sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 years Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or Biotech sector.
  • Good skills in English and effective communication skills in the local language.
  • Familiarity with basic regulatory requirements for sales, marketing, and pharmacovigilance.
  • Flexible, dedicated, with ability to recognize customers’ needs and open communication.
  • Commercial and customer-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to discuss problems and solutions with KOLs and scientific societies.
  • Mobility to travel up to 70% of working time and a valid car driving license.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in innovative product-areas, preferably for hospital drugs in specialist indications.
  • Experience with rare diseases highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Rare Disease space is a clear advantage.

Team & Environment

This role operates under the direction and guidance of the Sales Lead-Associate Director EEC.

This is a remote position based in Poland.
