About the Role

Huzzle is hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in both German and English. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting proactive outbound sales activities to upsell to existing customers and generate new business. Your focus will be on multi-channel outreach, lead qualification, and booking meetings for Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct upselling into the existing customer base through proactive desk-based outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and Xing.
  • Use provided data for outreach while also conducting proactive data sourcing on an ongoing basis.
  • Run customer catch-up calls and provide reporting, feedback, and insights to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospects daily.
  • Send personalised outreach emails to targeted accounts.
  • Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs.
  • Use multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German (spoken & written), plus business proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role.
  • Background and experience in SaaS, Tech, MarTech, FinTech, or IT.
  • Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
