Canada Life is hiring a Bilingual Regional Sales Associate in Montreal. You will collaborate with our internal sales team to grow insurance sales within your assigned territory. You’ll support your team by managing activities, helping implement territory business plans, and participating in other sales-generating initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Prepare reports on opportunities, activity management, and sales results in Salesforce
- Prepare and help execute special campaigns and events
- Implement sales and operational support tactics
- Organize weekly team meetings with your sales partners to work on growth initiatives
- Train financial security advisors on our new business process
- Support sales opportunities by responding to inquiries from financial security advisors
- Enter and update advisor information in Salesforce as needed
- Provide general sales support as required
- Make presentations to financial security advisor firms with sales partners
What We're Looking For
- Bilingualism (fluency in French and English) is required to serve our Francophone and Anglophone clients
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, psychology, sociology)
- A sales-focused attitude
- Initiative to help the team achieve sales

- Strong organizational skills
- Technical knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Commitment to achieving objectives
Nice to Have
- Experience related to the Personal Qualification in Life Insurance (PQAP) program or financial services is an asset
