Weekly/Monthly Gross Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive relocation activities
- Ensure consistent process adherence
- Maintain updated operations manual
- Serve as primary relocation project contact
- Facilitate stakeholder communication
- Participate in strategic planning meetings
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Procure and manage moving resources
- Coordinate supporting service providers
- Perform occupancy data management
- Generate specialized project reporting
- Determine pricing for supplementary services
- Provide move logistics and support
Desired Qualifications:
- 4-6 years corporate real estate experience
- Minimum 2 years relocation project management
- Proficiency in CAD/CAFM technologies
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Experience managing large-scale employee relocations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities
- Architectural and space planning expertise
- Comprehensive move management proficiency
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Problem-solving aptitude
