Ascend Healthcare is hiring a Bilingual Independent Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide remote counseling and therapy treatment to patients of Community Health Center partners throughout Arizona. This is a full-time, fully-remote position with a patient-first, 'say yes' clinical approach.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient care using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy to best meet clinical needs.
- Implement treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings, focusing on engaging patients in their treatment plan.
- Review and sign patient clinical Psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner.
- Maintain the clinic record, including documentation of activities performed as part of the service delivery process.
- Ensure documentation complies with best clinical practices, contracts, regulatory, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan.
- Participate in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team.
- Participate in individual and group supervision as required.
- Participate in ongoing education, including in-services and training, to maintain and improve competency.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided (Arizona).
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Patient-first mindset.

- Salary: $85,000-$95,000 (with primary residence in AZ)
