Company is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Early Morning) for its Zona Rosa store. In this front-line role, you will be a product expert, providing excellent customer service, engaging shoppers, and supporting store operations during the early morning hours.

What You'll Do

Recognize and assist customers, efficiently select products, and answer questions quickly and accurately.
Provide customers with styling and outfit suggestions, using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
Introduce customers to the membership program to enhance loyalty.
Leverage omnichannel solutions to achieve a seamless customer experience.
Provide support to the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed.
Politely respond to internal and external requests.
Communicate and verify work-related information to provide support.
