CHEP is hiring an LVR Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in our logistics network by operating a CHEP-owned box truck to manage the flow of pallets and assets, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in full compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Execute efficient delivery and collection of pallets and other assets at designated customer locations.
- Document and report site conditions and recovery challenges, providing accurate and timely updates to internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement improved processes within LVR operations.
What We're Looking For
- Willing to lift 65 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card with no restrictions.
- Able to execute and optimize provided delivery and collection routes.
- Strong communication skills.
- On-the-fly problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Able to develop relationships with new customers.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to lead peers.
