Fresh Thyme Market is looking for a part-time Deli Clerk to join our team. As a trusted resource in our community, we help people live healthier lives with real food at affordable prices. In this role, you will be key to presenting fresh, quality products and providing excellent service to our customers.

What You'll Do

Ensure the cleanliness of deli/bakery cases, storage areas, and workstations for safety.
Stock and maintain cases with an emphasis on presentation, organization, and product rotation.
Prepare various deli and bakery items using appropriate ingredients and methods.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with purchases, information, and product selection.
Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
Operate equipment including knives, slicers, scales, wrappers, and pallet jacks.
Use knowledge of scales and weights to accurately label products.
Monitor point-of-purchase materials, recipe cards, and promotions.
Participate in pre-inventory preparation and maintain an organized, sanitary department.

Capability to cut and weigh various amounts of meats, salads, and cheeses.
Availability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
