WellSky is hiring a Sleep Coach to join our team. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to facilitate CPAP supply reorders, actively promote equipment sales, and build strong patient relationships to drive compliance and retention.
What You'll Do
- Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate while ensuring patient compliance and satisfaction.
- Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters, targeting 80% of orders to include a mask and 75% to include seals.
- Utilize effective outreach strategies to assess patient equipment usage and satisfaction, maximizing engagement in our S3 program.
- Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, promptly returning voicemails within two hours, adhering to high phone etiquette standards, and fostering positive relationships.
- Efficiently navigate our platform to process orders according to client-specific procedures.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

- GED or High School Diploma

- Compensation starts at $13 per hour, increases to $15 per hour after 90 days, and $16 per hour after one year.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas.
