The Boeing Company is hiring a Senior or Lead Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination) for the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Test & Technology Division. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of employee-related initiatives, partner with leaders on long-range strategy, and manage meeting architecture, schedules, and budgets.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Partner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
- Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations.
- Provide continuous assessment of overall meeting and review architecture.
- Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
- Develop executive level briefings.
- Lead the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings and events.
- Lead Staff Meetings and Review Boards.
- Develop, coordinate, and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status to all participants.
- Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
What We're Looking For
- For Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- For Level 5: 15+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- 8+ years of demonstrated communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- 8+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
- 8+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 8+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.
- Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
- Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.
- Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material.

- Compensation: Senior (Level 4): $100,300 - $135,700; Lead (Level 5): $121,550 - $164,450.
