About the Role

The selected candidate will lead or support administrative coordination efforts across departments, streamline processes, and ensure effective communication and documentation practices within a dynamic organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interdepartmental administrative activities to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Support leadership with planning, tracking, and reporting on operational initiatives
  • Develop and maintain documentation for administrative procedures and workflows
  • Facilitate communication between teams to enhance coordination and information sharing
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables for administrative programs
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, briefings, and executive reviews
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reduce redundancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedural standards
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for leadership and team events
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to administrative functions
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries across departments
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new team members
  • Maintain secure and accurate records and databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and status updates for leadership review
  • Support change management initiatives related to administrative systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related documentation as needed
  • Oversee the distribution of internal communications and announcements
  • Participate in audits and reviews involving administrative operations
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate workflow effectiveness
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and decisions
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support continuous improvement of coordination tools and platforms
  • Work with vendors or external partners when required for administrative services
  • Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for departmental activities
