Company is hiring a Retail Supervisor, Merchandising for our Orange Plaza location. This role executes assigned functional tasks to support the store management team. You will act as a mentor and role model, focusing on leading business processes and maintaining work efficiency to achieve store priorities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a customer-centric role model to achieve store priorities.
- Support the store leadership team in collaborating effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
- Enhance capabilities and share expertise in designated specialized functional areas.
- Support pre- and post-closing workflows as needed, including store opening and closing.
- Listen and ask questions to solicit feedback, understand needs, and provide service.
- Handle unique or complex customer interactions.
- Communicate expectations clearly and directly, and provide feedback.
- Effectively utilize technology to engage customers and the team to achieve goals.
- Effectively lead and inspire others through coaching and guidance.
- Demonstrate interest and proactive desire for continuous improvement and growth.
- Apply broad, established job knowledge and/or functional focus.
- Research processes or transaction flows to discover the root cause of errors.
