About the Role

Veeam Software is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic, consultative partner to business leaders in the AMER region. In this remote role, you will align people strategies with organizational goals to drive performance, employee engagement, and talent development.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Coach and advise managers on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to guide decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues (along with Employee Relations COE), ensuring legal compliance and appropriate resolution.
  • Work with leadership on succession planning, career development, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist/manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience in tech, software, or a pre-IPO environment.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $110,500 - $157,800 USD.
