Pearl Talent is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted partner for our English- and Spanish-speaking customers. You'll ensure strong adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success by blending relationship management, product guidance, and bilingual communication across diverse markets.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking customers, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and success criteria through regular communication in their preferred language.
- Guide new customers through onboarding, deliver product walkthroughs, and translate complex concepts into clear explanations.
- Monitor usage, track customer health metrics, and identify risks or early indicators of churn.
- Surface upsell or expansion opportunities aligned with customer needs and support renewals.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating issues and following through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and document common issues, solutions, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- 1–2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to explain products clearly to non-technical users.
- High cultural awareness when working with diverse Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working with data, usage metrics, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting customers across multiple regions or time zones.
- Background in SaaS, technology, or service-based companies.
- Experience conducting customer reviews or renewal conversations.
- Exposure to onboarding or customer education programs.
- Trilingual capabilities, such as Spanish/English/Portuguese.

- Communication tools: Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
- Scheduling tools: Google Calendar, Calendly, or equivalent.

- Project management tools: Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Airtable.
- Customer support or ticketing platforms.
