About the Role

Lavendo seeks a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will drive growth for our AI Voice Tech startup by generating new leads and consistently meeting sales targets in the Mid-Market segment.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new leads through multithreading including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas for meetings with decision-makers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-1 years of SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound role.
  • Excellent proficiency in multithreading via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
  • Location in the U.S. in the EST time zone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an early-stage startup from Seed to Series B.
  • Experience in Conversational AI sales, particularly with Voice Technology.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote role for candidates located in the U.S. and operating within the EST time zone.
