Azeus Convene is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales for our Convene Records software within the Oil & Gas industry across the Egyptian market. You will be responsible for independently achieving sales targets through proactive business development, lead generation, and product demonstrations.
What You'll Do
- Independently achieve a sales target through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
- Educational background in Business Management.
- Computer Science background.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
