Azeus Convene is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and generating leads primarily within the Azerbaijan region.
What You'll Do
- Independently achieve a sales target through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
- Educational background in Business Management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to join within 1-2 months' notice period.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent academic record with a minimum of 70% throughout.
- Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
Nice to Have
- Computer Science background is a plus.
