Azeus Convene is looking for a Software Sales professional to drive growth in the UAE market. This role requires native Arabic speaking and focuses on independently building new business through proactive outreach and product expertise.
What You'll Do
- Independently achieve your sales target through proactive business development and strategic sales execution.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region.
- An educational background in Business Management.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to Have
- A background in Computer Science is a plus.
