Azeus Convene is hiring a Business Development-Software Sales professional to drive growth in the UAE region. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and generating leads for our software solutions, working collaboratively to close deals and expand our market presence.
What You'll Do
- Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software value.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach and networking.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
