Azeus Convene is looking for a BD Software Sales professional to drive the adoption of our software solutions in the UAE market. In this independent role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive business development, from lead generation to deal closure.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets independently through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software value.
- Manage the sales process from lead to closure, working collaboratively with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in IT software sales in the UAE region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
- Educational background in Business Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel.

- Computer Science background is a plus.
