Keywords Studios is seeking a BD Manager / Business Development Manager to join our Chinese Sales team. This client-centric, territorial role focuses on growing and preserving revenue by selling our full range of service offerings and developing cross-selling opportunities with new and existing clients in the gaming industry.
What You'll Do
- Sell all available Keywords Studios service lines, working closely with the Global Business Development Director and China Country Manager.
- Preserve and safeguard current client revenue by maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, growing their engagement level.
- Act as an ambassador and trusted partner to clients, problem-solving and representing Keywords Studios at conferences.
- Develop new business, build a professional network, and map white spaces at our Chinese clients to prospect for new leads.
- Convert opportunities into closed deals that generate new revenue, achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date education on our service offerings to provide the latest solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience within the gaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Strong customer orientation, including listening skills, understanding client goals, and general business knowledge.
- Flexibility and natural intelligence in responding to a variety of customer scenarios.
- Outstanding phone and presentation skills.
- Essential knowledge of game development, game art, localization, player support, and testing services.
Team & Environment
You will be an integral part of the Chinese Sales team, collaborating directly with the Global Business Development Director and China Country Manager.
