Treetop ABA is looking for a BCBA to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. You will manage a small, intentional caseload, blending in-home and community-based clinical work with remote flexibility for planning, documentation, and supervision to support high-quality, individualized care. What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- State LBA license (required or in process).
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
