Treetop ABA is looking for a BCBA to join our supportive community dedicated to transforming lives through individualized therapy. This hybrid role offers a balanced caseload, blending in-clinic and remote work to design and implement high-quality ABA services.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans.
- Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven insights.
- Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians.
- Partner with families to set goals and celebrate successes.
- Maintain a balanced hybrid caseload blending in-clinic and work-from-home time.
- Engage with the latest ABA research and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification.
- Active Arizona LBA Certification.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Passion for compassionate care and delivering high-quality ABA services.
- Adaptable and driven, comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments.
Team & Environment
You will lead and mentor Behavior Technicians within our nurturing environment that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $95,000–$110,000.
