As a Management Consulting Analyst - Consultant in the banking sector, you will play a key role in shaping the future of financial services. You'll partner with leading banks and financial institutions to solve high-impact challenges across Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Core to Cloud modernization. Your work will bridge strategy, technology, and operations to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on large-scale transformation programs that redefine how banks operate, serve customers, and grow.
- Design end-to-end business solutions integrating digital platforms, automation, and data analytics.
- Support cross-functional teams in developing strategies for retail and commercial lending, digital payments, and corporate banking services.
- Contribute to client-facing deliverables including business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Help identify emerging trends in financial services and translate them into actionable insights.
- Assist in proposal development and client engagement planning to expand consulting services.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in banking, capital markets, or insurance, with exposure to lending, payments, or core banking systems.
- Understanding of IT operating models, process reengineering, and digital transformation lifecycles.
- Hands-on knowledge of payments ecosystems—including card issuing, acquiring, digital wallets, and payment hubs.
- Experience with platform implementations, robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven solutions, and analytics tools.
- Advanced English proficiency required for global collaboration.
