What You'll Do
Take full ownership of commercial outcomes, from renewal execution to identifying new expansion pathways. Develop and implement tailored account strategies that increase seat penetration, drive multi-team adoption, and scale platform footprint across organizations.
Lead executive business reviews focused on ROI and operational impact, translating customer usage into commercial momentum. Proactively identify churn risks and work cross-functionally to strengthen adoption from day one. Orchestrate onboarding and technical alignment to ensure smooth integration and value realization.
Turn customer insights into go-to-market advantages by surfacing product feedback and influencing roadmap priorities. Operate independently across time zones, making strategic decisions that align with long-term account health and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with formal ownership of expansion revenue
- Proven success growing account ARR by 25–50%+ year over year
- History of securing multi-6-figure expansion deals, particularly within global enterprises or F500 clients
- Experience leading executive-level QBRs/ABRs that directly influenced contract growth
- Strong fluency in commercial modeling, including TCV, ARR, and discount strategy
- Technically adept with experience in AI, SSO, APIs, and workflow configuration
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, guiding them toward decisive action
- Self-directed with a track record of building account plans without reliance on templates
- Skilled at aligning engineering resources to support customer success
- Comfortable operating autonomously, without need for daily oversight
