Ooodles is looking for a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR Mid-Market) to pioneer our Mid-Market initiatives. In this role, you will identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B clients (50+ FTEs) to build a strong sales pipeline and directly impact the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Strategically identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers to spark interest in our technology and build a strong pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions within PipeDrive.
- Provide feedback and help identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook in cooperation with the Demand-Gen Marketing team.
- Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services add-ons.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our sales executives or senior leaders.
- Prepare weekly reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in sales with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales and marketing organization.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics).
- Fast thinker, fast-executer, self-motivated, results-oriented, independent worker.
- A down-to-earth, good-humored, kind person.
- Must be resident and legally allowed to work in the UK.
Nice to Have
- Preferably 1+ years of sales experience in the B2B/SaaS arena.
