mbito is looking for a B2B Partnerships and Affiliate Manager to accelerate growth through strategic business development and channel management. This role is central to scaling existing partners, landing new deals, and optimizing our sales funnels. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Scale existing partners—from niche retailers to global e-commerce dealers—by providing tools and insights to boost their revenue.
- Land new partnerships in fresh regions and verticals by crafting win-win proposals and negotiating contracts that meet margin targets.
- Optimise the sales channel by monitoring funnels, surfacing data-backed insights, and running experiments to lift first-time and repeat sales.
- Orchestrate flawless partner launches by syncing with marketing, product, and support teams on onboarding, training, and promo campaigns.
- Own the affiliate programme: recruit publishers, set commission tiers, and manage tracking and payouts.

Nice to Have
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, customer success, or affiliate management.

- Knowledge of the automotive or hardware industries, or hands-on experience with affiliate networks.
Team & Environment
You'll join a team of 1-10 employees and work closely with engineers while shadowing the Marketing Lead, who you'll report to directly. Our startup environment empowers you to suggest and implement new features.

- Compensation: €1,800 – €2,300 gross per month, depending on experience.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our Kaunas office and 2 days working from home.
