EOS is looking for an AV Solutions Engineer to join our Global Technology Services (GTS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the launch, coordination, and completion of AV projects, playing a key part in standardizing equipment and strategies for large-scale initiatives. You will also oversee the preventative maintenance and upkeep for all conference areas across our global operations.

What You'll Do

Manage project schedules, risk management, and communicate goals to project stakeholders.
Coordinate with teams across the globe to ensure project delivery, budget, and installation management.
Upgrade firmware, coding, and uphold industry standards for all equipment.
Coordinate with partners to schedule technicians, programmers, and engineers for deployment.
Assist with project handover, manage pending project lists, project reports, and programming bugs/issues.
Work with construction teams, vendors, consultants, and field teams to deliver global design.
Provide documentation including change requests, expenditure requests, timelines, milestone notifications, and project handover.
Troubleshoot urgent escalations, software issues, and other related issues pertaining to completed projects.
Manage tasks, finances, personnel, and partners to successfully deliver project objectives.

What We're Looking For

3+ years’ experience in AV system design, room integration, and project management.
Advanced understanding of AV system functionality, integration, programming, and techniques.
Proficiency with Office 365, project management software, and CAD.
Extensive knowledge of video networks, video over IP, switching, DSPs, audio distribution, and control processors.
Creative problem‑solving, logical deployment skills, agility under pressure, and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents including engineering and architectural designs, timelines, acoustical reports, and construction documents.
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $100,000—$118,000 USD
