As an Automation Developer, you will play a key role in shaping efficient, scalable systems that support core business functions. Your work will directly impact how teams operate by streamlining processes through intelligent automation and seamless platform integrations.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows that ensure operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Develop custom connectors and logic nodes in platforms like n8n using JavaScript or Python.
- Integrate third-party and internal tools via REST APIs, webhooks, and secure authentication protocols, including systems like HubSpot and Jotform.
- Prototype and deploy internal automation tools that enhance go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, CRM, and shared services to translate business needs into technical implementations.
- Architect solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Define and implement best practices for testing, monitoring, documentation, and version control.
- Evolve existing automation infrastructure to support emerging tools, workflows, and AI-driven capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in automation, integrations, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication frameworks.
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms—n8n is preferred.
- Experience integrating CRM and marketing technology stacks.
- Working knowledge of lightweight data platforms such as Airtable, Notion, or Smartsheets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver secure, scalable automation solutions.
Nice to Have
- Background in building internal tools or automation agents for operational teams.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations systems.
- Exposure to AI-powered automation workflows.
- Work history in fast-moving or startup environments.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, remote role with a preference for candidates in GMT, GMT+1, or GMT+2 time zones.
