As a Deployment Strategist, you'll partner with organizations to turn raw data into meaningful actions. You’ll spend time onsite, engaging directly with analysts and decision-makers to uncover the core challenges they face and determine where technology can create the greatest impact.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand their operational workflows and identify high-value questions that data can help answer.
- Pinpoint and integrate critical datasets, working alongside engineers to ensure data flows reliably and scales effectively.
- Design and implement custom workflows tailored to new user groups, ensuring adoption and usability across different functions.
- Lead hands-on training sessions to empower users and expand the reach of deployed solutions within partner organizations.
- Present technical results and strategic recommendations to audiences ranging from frontline analysts to senior executives.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations to both prospective and current clients, showcasing how the platform addresses their unique needs.
- Inform product development by sharing field insights with engineering and design teams, helping shape future capabilities.
- Help identify opportunities to expand into new sectors and geographies, scoping potential engagements based on observed needs.
Qualifications
You must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Familiarity with programming languages or analytical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SQL is advantageous.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position based in Seoul, South Korea, with regular travel required—between 25% and 75%—depending on project demands. Candidates must be prepared for deployment under SOFA guidelines and may be eligible for relocation support.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $170,000, with additional compensation including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and potential future incentives.
