AUTO1 Group is hiring a Teamlead B2B Sales to lead and inspire the sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force for the team, developing smart sales strategies and driving growth for AUTO1.com's digital B2B marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and empower the sales team as the driving force and strategic head.
- Develop innovative sales approaches and achieve ambitious KPIs.
- Recognize strengths, develop talents further, and use modern coaching methods for real development.
- Optimize sales processes and utilize the latest tools from the Google ecosystem.
- Support recruiting and onboarding of top talents and successfully integrate them into their roles.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in B2B and telesales.
- At least two years of leadership experience in the sales sector.
- Very good German language skills (C1).
- Good English language skills (B2).
- Secure handling of Google Workspace.
