TensorOps is looking for a Client Relations Director to drive the growth and full capacity of our Centria Autism and Life Skills Autism Academy centers in Phoenix. Your success will be measured by your ability to convert qualified leads into active clients and reach operational capacity efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Build a broad referral base to champion the centers’ growth.
- Call and visit potential referring providers including pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, case managers, therapists, hospital systems, and schools/daycares.
- Increase local awareness of Centria and LSAA service offerings.
- Research and attend local events such as conferences and information events.
- Join influencer groups to advertise the centers’ offerings.
- Host Autism Activity Days, movie events, and similar activities.
- Talk to employer benefit managers to become a preferred provider.
- Work interdepartmentally to build the company brand.
- Work with marketing to create and disperse promotional materials.
- Work with payor relations to increase payor direct referrals.
- Work with Clinical Directors on marketing efforts and selling points.
- Ensure Centria Autism and LSAA locations are appropriately promoting the company brand.
- Visit locations to evaluate aesthetics including cleanliness, organization, and general appeal.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of sales and/or ABA experience.
- Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC and ability to use computers and computer/software programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
- Ability to follow written instructions and communicate expressively and receptively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build rapport with referral sources and organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
- Proven adaptability with a willingness to work both collaboratively and individually.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Experience analyzing and summarizing data clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- An established track record of generating new business.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000
