Miele is hiring an Auditor Internal Audit (m/f/d) to strengthen our commitment to excellence and quality. In this role, you will manage, plan, and execute comprehensive and cross-departmental audits, working closely with various areas of the Miele Group and senior management.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and carry out audits (business processes, projects, and key topics) in line with the annual audit plan, as well as ad hoc and special audits worldwide.
- Prepare audit reports in English based on audit results. Develop action plans with audited departments and monitor the agreed measures.
- Present audit results in a risk-oriented and management-relevant manner to senior management and the responsible leadership teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of modern processes and audit methods, helping to shape the future direction of Internal Audit at Miele.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly identify risks and understand complex interrelationships.
- Keen sense for efficient business processes and entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking.
- Ability to present results in a structured and persuasive manner.
- Fluent German and English skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in auditing.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification.
- Experience with SAP.
