TD Bank Group is seeking an Audit Manager I - Financial Crimes to oversee audit execution, prepare reports, and review the work of assigned team members. In this role, you will lead a team focused on audit projects, providing supervision and assignments as the Auditor In Charge, directly supporting TD's commitment to risk management and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team as Auditor In Charge for assigned audits, providing supervision and assignments.
- Review work papers completed by staff and draft audit reports.
- Manage time and staffing budgets for upcoming audits.
- Plan audits and maintain contact with management regarding scope, status, and findings.
- Perform testing procedures for critical audit areas and provide on-the-job training for staff.
- Supervise follow-up tasks on audit findings with management and staff.
- Participate in or lead assigned special projects.
- Provide feedback on staff performance and assist in staff evaluations.
- Update, revise, and improve existing audit procedures and programs.
- Add value through consultative interactions with business line management.
- Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective team, ensuring ongoing training and performance management.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture aligned with TD's diversity agenda and leadership profile.
What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree is required.
- 5+ years of related Audit experience is required.
