Illinois State University is seeking an Audio Editor/Producer intern for WGLT. In this role, you'll assist our team with audio content production, helping to bring our signature reporting series to life.
What You'll Do
- Assist WGLT staff with producing content for the SOUND IDEAS series and other programs.
- Prepare individual story segments for use on the NPR App.
- Produce various promos for WGLT.
- Participate in promo production and other special project work under supervision.
What We're Looking For
- Enrollment in or completion of COM 162/Intro to Radio, CTK 240, or similar experience.
Nice to Have
- Adobe Audition experience (or comparable software).
Technical Stack
- Adobe Audition or comparable audio editing software.
Team & Environment
You will work under the supervision of the Content Director or designee.
