Keller Postman seeks a non-partner track Attorney with significant litigation experience to support its practice. You will be responsible for performing a variety of complex tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment, working closely with partners and associates on assigned cases.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with partners and associates on specific tasks related to assigned cases.
- Prepare initial drafts of complex pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Correspond with individual clients and draft communications for the client services team.
- Handle client-facing litigation tasks including fact gathering, case workups, and document collection.
- Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw and other sources.
- Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active member of a US State Bar in good standing.
- Experience with complex litigation.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain a good temperament and demonstrate empathy when dealing with clients in stressful situations.
- Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of rules and procedures for various federal and state jurisdictions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
- Skilled in managing complex litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice to Have
- Three to five years of general litigation experience is preferred.

- Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
