Pavago is looking for a licensed Attorney to specialize in title research and contracts for the US oil and gas sector. In this role, you will conduct detailed legal research and review documents to support acquisitions and negotiations. We provide full training to transition you into a specialized Landman career path.
What You'll Do
- Conduct title research for oil and gas properties in Texas, verifying mineral rights ownership.
- Review, analyze, and interpret deeds, leases, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Support negotiations and acquisitions related to mineral rights.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of your findings.
- Work closely with the US-based team to align on research accuracy and project goals.
- Ensure all work is delivered with precision, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed attorney with 4+ years of active legal practice experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English (must read, write, and speak fluently).
- Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail when reviewing complex legal documents.
Nice to Have
- Experience in property law, corporate law, contracts, or closely related fields.
