Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
- Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers within Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
- Sales Planning & Budget Responsibility
- Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales budget
- Ensure the fulfilment of overall sales targets
- Project & Offer Management
- Manage and close sales projects
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and implement measures to strengthen customer loyalty
- Contract & Win-Back Management
- Conduct customer loss analyses
- Develop win-back strategies
- Create and monitor contracts, including action plans for deviations
- Complaint Management & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints
- Sales Reporting & Representation
- Prepare sales reports and analyses to steer sales activities
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology or similar
- exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- high willingness to travel
- very organized, reliable, positive thinking
- you have a valid driving license
- Sales Experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia
- Flavours and/or Food Ingredients
- Knowledge of the food or beverage industry, or relevant technical expertise
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
- Excellent German and English skills
