About the Role

Laborie is looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Urology Sales team in West Texas. As a key member of this team, you will partner with our sales professionals to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals. Your primary focus will be leading sales activities within a pre-determined subset of strategic accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Develop competency in the Urology product portfolio and familiarity with the full Laborie product line to assist customers effectively.
  • Build sales skills and handle territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel.
  • Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure product functionality and provide training support.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A).
  • 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a results-oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork in group settings.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
