Laborie is looking for an Associate Territory Manager for South Los Angeles. As a key member of our Urology Sales team, you will lead sales activities within a designated subset of accounts to maximize revenue growth and achieve territory goals. You'll partner closely with the sales team to deliver a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Develop deep competency in the Urology product portfolio and familiarity with the full Laborie product line.
  • Cultivate sales skills and handle territory management tasks, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • Establish and maintain professional customer and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure product functionality and provide training support.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A).
  • 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a results-oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork in group settings.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
