Laborie is looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Urology Sales team in Milwaukee. You will be a key member of the sales team, partnering to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals. Your primary focus will be leading sales activities within a pre-determined subset of accounts in your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
- Demonstrate competency of the Urology product portfolio and become familiar with the full Laborie product line to effectively assist customers.
- Develop sales specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs.
- Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
- Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A)
- 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results orientated approach, and demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings.
- Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast paced, sales driven environment.
