CoStar seeks an Associate Photographer to capture residential media for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will be instrumental in creating the visual content that markets homes and apartments, working within a core territory to support our mission to digitize the world’s real estate.
What You'll Do
- Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints to support marketing efforts.
- Create a portfolio of professional photographs featuring homes and apartments.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
- Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, researcher partners, and management.
- Navigate assigned geographic grids to ensure complete coverage and identify new inventory.
- Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Real Estate Photography experience required.
- Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.
- Experienced Drone Photographer with an FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Strong time management skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
- Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
