What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll drive adoption of innovative wound care solutions across acute care facilities, outpatient clinics, and private practices in the West Texas region. You'll collaborate closely with wound care specialists and clinical staff to expand access to life-changing therapies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatment.
You'll conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for medical personnel, deliver product demonstrations, and support re-authorizations and new prescriber onboarding. By maintaining a strong presence in the field, you’ll identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help onboard new providers through targeted outreach.
Your responsibilities include managing patient case support, responding to clinical and product inquiries, and using sales tools and research data to educate healthcare teams. You’ll also represent the company at trade shows and professional events to generate new leads and strengthen market presence.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or a related healthcare field, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders. A strong interest in advancing wound care therapy and improving patient outcomes is essential.
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills in clinical settings
- Confidence engaging physicians, nurses, and surgical staff
- Ability to master technical product knowledge and clinical data
- Proficiency in territory and pipeline management
- Willingness to travel locally with a valid driver’s license
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated, analytical, and capable of managing a dynamic sales process across diverse healthcare settings.

Work Environment
This is a remote, territory-based position serving Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, and Odessa. You’ll operate independently while receiving ongoing support from a collaborative, mission-focused team. The role requires regular local travel to healthcare facilities and occasional attendance at regional events.
