As a Solution Engineer at UiPath, you will support the sales process for Commercial accounts in the EMEA region by combining technical expertise with business acumen. You will identify customer pain points and translate them into tailored, value-driven automation solutions using the UiPath Platform™, which enables AI agents, robots, people, and models to work together. Your role will involve leading presales activities, designing secure and scalable solution architectures, and acting as an evangelist for UiPath technologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
- Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
- Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
- Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s
- Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
- Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process
- Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
- Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
- Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team
- Build solutions for different industry verticals
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath events and other industry events
Requirements

- Good balance of technical, business and sales skills
- Demonstrable track record in a client-facing role, e.g. Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect positions
- Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology
- Driven approach with a solution selling mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English and Spanish
