Medline Industries, LP, a global healthcare company, is hiring an Associate Licensing Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance for distributing drugs, medical devices, and other regulated products. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining state and federal licensure through meticulous documentation and adherence to evolving regulations.
What You'll Do
- Under limited supervision, prepare and submit applications, forms, and other compliance documents to state and federal agencies.
- Review and provide feedback on documentation and supporting evidence to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare and disseminate various reports.
- Research regulatory requirements by reviewing agency websites, reading laws and regulations, and contacting state and federal agencies.
- Communicate the requirements of regulations to internal or external customers.
- Assist with licensing and regulatory related projects.
- Maintain department databases, logs, and files.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate’s degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of data administration, project management experience, or relevant business experience.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Visio, Access, Powerpoint, Project).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs.

- Compensation range: $56,160.00 - $78,520.00 annually.
