About the Role

Motorola Solutions is hiring an Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our team focused on Unmanned Vehicle Systems. This entry-level role offers the chance to build deep knowledge of advanced wireless technologies while gaining hands-on experience in sales operations, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll support the fast-evolving unmanned systems sector within Silvus Technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Assist senior sales staff in delivering timely, accurate quotes and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Update the CRM to capture key interactions, opportunity status, and critical data for business decisions.
  • Develop expertise in Silvus’ MANET products, focusing on Unmanned Systems applications.
  • Support customer engagement through virtual demonstrations, client meetings, and internal reviews.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and U.S. Government initiatives to inform strategy.
  • Complete assigned tasks and training with attention to detail and curiosity.
  • Provide logistics and documentation support for trade shows and demonstrations.
  • Prepare polished summaries, sales reports, and follow-up materials in support of senior team members.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, including government procurement processes and knowledge of competitors.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter motivated to become a trusted contributor on a high-performance team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and/or equivalent Google tools.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; relevant experience or internships valued.
  • Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for daily communication.
