Ingram Micro is looking for an Associate III, Local Master Data-US to join our Master Data Governance team. In this role, you will manage vendor and material master data across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with country-specific regulations, and alignment with global standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage vendor and material master data across multiple systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with country-specific regulations, and alignment with global standards.
- Resolve data discrepancies and maintain localization attributes.
- Support internal teams through voice and administrative support.
- Contribute to process improvement by updating SOPs and performing data cleanups.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in data governance, vendor management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage country-specific compliance requirements and localization fields.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
- Experience in process documentation, data cleanup, and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAP, MDG, and data validation tools.
- Experience with macros and templates.
