JLL is hiring a (Senior) Consultant, Residential Research to join our Warsaw team. You will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis on the residential real estate sector in Poland, preparing reports and forecasts, and supporting business development. This role sits within our wider Living team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quarterly market reports on residential real estate in major Polish cities.
- Conduct market research on residential sectors: built to sell, build to rent, student housing, and others.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for internal and client use.
- Generate market forecasts and trend analyses.
- Support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the wider Living team to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Contribute to presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with market trends and developments in the residential sector.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate market research, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Statistical analysis skills.
- GIS knowledge and mapping capabilities.
- Knowledge of the residential real estate market in Poland.
